🛍️ Right of withdrawal
In compliance with Article L.221-18 of the Consumer Code, you have a legal period of 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal.
This right allows you to inform us of your wish to return a product, without having to justify your decision.
🚚 Return fees and conditions
Return costs are entirely at the customer's expense.
The refund will take place only after actual receipt of the returned product.
🚫 Products excluded from the right of withdrawal
In compliance with Article L.221-28 of the Consumer Code, Some products cannot be returned or refunded. for reasons of hygiene and health protection.
This particularly concerns:
intimate products (sex toys, fake vaginas, etc.)
fake breasts and silicone bodies
health or personal hygiene items
downloadable products
gift cards
❌ These articles are no returns, no exchanges, no refunds after delivery, except in the event of an obvious manufacturing defect.
