Offering more coverage, a long binder requires good breathability: in hot weather, alternate with a breathable summer binder or a short binder . Always respect the 8-hour maximum rule , never sleep in it, and remove it if you experience breathing difficulties. Maximum coverage should never come at the cost of excessive compression.

Choosing and maintaining it

Measure your bust and choose the correct size (never smaller). Wash your long binder by hand or in a mesh bag in lukewarm water, then air dry to preserve its elasticity. Have several on hand to alternate and always have a clean one available.
