How do I create an account?

Click on the "Account" icon at the top of our website. Enter your email address and choose a password. Your account allows you to track your orders and access your invoices.

Do you ship to my country and what are the shipping costs?

We deliver to the whole worldShipping is free for orders over €10.

Will my items be sent in one package?

To ensure fast delivery, some items from different warehouses may be shipped in separate packages. You will receive a single tracking number for your order once all products have been shipped.

How can I be sure of my size?

Each product (Binder, Tucker, Packer, T-shirt) has its own size guide directly on its product pageIf you have any questions, please send us a message.

I'm between two sizes, what should I do?

For compression items (Binders, Tuckers), always choose the larger size For your comfort and safety. For packers, trust your body type.

Is the size guide reliable?

Our guides are tested on different body types. If you strictly follow the measurements provided, the error rate is less than 5%.

What does the package and bank statement look like?

Parcel : Tear-resistant envelope or brown cardboard without any logo. The sender is a neutral name.
Bank : The mention is discreet ('TBoutique'), without any words related to trans identity.

Safety: How long should I wear my binder? For sports?

8 hours maximum per day. Never sleep with it on. For intense sports, we do not recommend the classic binder; opt for a larger size or our 'Light' models. Our packers are made of hypoallergenic, medical-grade silicone.

What are the payment methods? Payment failed?

We accept credit cards (Stripe) and PayPal. If your payment fails, check your spending limit, card validity, or your bank's 3D Secure authentication.

Can I change my address or cancel my order?

Contact us in the 2 hours after purchaseOnce the package has been prepared or shipped, no address changes or cancellations are technically possible.

Delivery time: How long will it take to receive my order?

Here are the precise steps of your order (counted in working days, excluding weekends):

1 Day 0 to Day 5: Quality Control & Preparation

Each item undergoes rigorous inspection. meticulous quality control It may take up to 5 working days to ensure your product is flawless before it leaves.

2 Tracking Notification

You will receive your shipping confirmation email and tracking number. once all items in your order have been shipped.

3 Shipping times (after shipment)

  • ???? Rest of the world : Days 15 to 25

📦 Note on multi-product orders:
To reduce your wait time, your items may be shipped from different warehouses. Therefore, it is quite possible that you will receive your order in several separate, discreet packages.

How can I track the status of my order?

A tracking number will be sent to you. automatically by email Upon dispatch. Please check your spam folder. Otherwise, please send us an email.

Problem: Tracking blocked or marked 'Delivered' but nothing received?

It's normal for the tracking to remain unchanged for 2-3 days between two locations. If it's marked 'Delivered' but you haven't received anything, please check with your neighbors/building manager. If you still haven't received anything after 48 hours, please contact us and we will open an investigation with the carrier.

🔄 Maintenance & Returns

How do I wash my products (Binder, Packer...)?

Binder/Tucker: Hand wash or 30°C (mesh). DO NOT TUMBLE DRY.
Packer: Warm water and neutral soap. Talcum powder after drying for a peach-skin feel.

Exchanges, Returns and Defective Items

Exchange : You have 14 days (new item, no odor/hair). Return shipping costs are your responsibility; return shipping will be sent to us.
Defective: Photo of the defect sent by email within 48 hours for immediate replacement.

Returns of silicone products: intimate, personalized, or downloadable products are excluded. See more: Return policy.

How long will it take to get my refund?

After our team receives and verifies your return, the refund is immediate via PayPal and within 2 to 4 days to your bank account.
