📦 DELIVERIES & TRACKING
The processing of your order, the manufacture of the products, the quality control and the transport take approximately 7 to 15 working days.
There may be additional delays beyond our control. In this case, we will notify you directly by e-mail.
Shipping is free worldwide from 10€!
When you order multiple items at the same time, they may be shipped separately. This means that not all of your items may arrive at the same time.
This is mainly due to differences in size, weight, or availability of items in our various warehouses. Therefore, please don't worry if all your items haven't arrived at the same time.
The remaining packages usually arrive in the 5 to 7 days. following the first one.
In accordance with the law, you have a period of 14 days from the date of receipt of your package to make your return.
This return will be at your expense. As soon as we receive it, we will process your refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

VIP orders benefit from Premium detailed tracking (DHL, FedEx, UPS, etc.) updated more quickly and accurately.
The tracking link is automatically sent in the shipping email.

🛍️ ORDERS & PRODUCTS

Once it has been shipped, we can no longer modify it.
Yes, you can cancel your order, provided you meet certain conditions.
If you wish to cancel your order, you can do so within 24 hours, provided it has not already been dispatched. After this period, or if the order has been shipped, it will unfortunately no longer be possible to cancel it.
It is important to specify that when an order is canceled with us, it is completely cancelled. This means that you will be refunded 100% of the amount you paid. All items included in this order will be deemed never to have been purchased.
